Payluy® is the next generation eWallet in Cambodia. Over the last five years and through much research, Payluy was established in 2018 by Dragonfly Fintech (Cambodia) Plc to overcome the existing shortcomings of payment, clearing and settlement solutions. The solution we have created is consistent, holistic, highly versatile and addresses the entire spectrum of money flow, end to end.

Here in Cambodia, we intend to enable merchants, consumers, corporate clients, banks, financial institutions and other parties, to harness the power of secured instant P2P transactions at minimal transaction costs.
